Hosted by [24], The CX Dinner was set up to offer a relaxed and intimate forum for CXOs and senior marketing and digital executives of prominent firms in New York to discuss, debate and share experiences over a fine dining experience.

Discussions were very much inclusive and involved all the wealth of experience from the senior peers in the room.

AI in the Marketing Stack

Consumers still find digital ads annoying, not adding value and infringing on their privacy. Recent research shows that SEM, Web and Mobile ads are avoided more than other ads. With all the technology available, consumers expect brands to get it right, especially online. The reality is, whatever brands are doing today, they haven’t nailed the challenge of delivering consumer-centric digital marketing, i.e. ads that each consumer finds relevant. And it carries a price, the more annoying digital ads are, the more the brand equity diminishes.

We will be discussing:
